A Return and Refund policy :
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Customized Items
Please note: Once an item has been customized specifically for a client and successfully delivered to the client’s premises, it cannot be returned or refunded. This applies to all made-to-order or personalized furniture pieces.
As you may already know, the company’s policy does not allow product returns or refunds when furniture is been customised, as stated in your order.
Before proceeding with production, we visit your home for measurements and assist you in selecting the materials for your furniture. The final choice is always yours, and we proceed with the order exactly according to your specifications.
Upon completion of the order, you sign a confirmation document, which clearly states that due to the custom nature of the product, returns or exchanges are not possible. This is our policy for all personalized orders, which we had communicated to you from the beginning of the process.
Returns and Conditions only for showroom pieces!
• The return request is valid from the date it is submitted.
• Products must be in excellent condition upon return. If the item has factory packaging, it must remain undamaged and intact.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• If the product packaging has been opened, the customer must ensure the product remains in good condition until it is returned.
Return Period
Customers have up to 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to return a product.
• If a return request is made after 7 days, LAVDAS FURNITURE reserves the right to refuse the return or replacement.
• All consumer rights under applicable sales and warranty laws remain unaffected.
Return of Defective Products
• Customers must inspect the packaging upon delivery for any visible defects.
• If a defect is found, the customer has the right to:
• Refuse the delivery and return it to the distributor.
• Contact our support department within 7 calendar days of receipt.
Failure to report defects within 7 days will result in the loss of relevant return rights.
• If a defective part is found after unpacking, the customer must contact support immediately and must not proceed with assembly if internal damage is detected.
• The original packaging must be kept intact for possible replacement of defective parts.

• If you cancel your order within 48 hours of payment, you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel after 48 hours, and the products have already been shipped from our central warehouse in Athens or customized furniture is in production, you will receive not recieve refund, always depending on your situation.
