A Return and Refund policy :

• Terms of return In case you wish to return goods due to a change of mind, you will need your receipt, your order form, the order confirmation e-mail and the credit card clip (in case you have paid by credit card). For the return of your products you will have to contact us via email or call us at 00357 22328882.  In case the customer places the order and makes the payment and then within 48 hours for various reasons changes his mind and cancels his purchase then the entire amount is refunded. If the period of the change of opinion is longer than 48 hours due to the fact that the products will have been loaded from our central warehouse in Athens or furniture is being customised then a refund of 50% will be given back to the customer plus the shipping costs. • The return request takes effect from the date you give us the return request. The products you want to return must be in excellent condition (for items that have factory packaging, their packaging must not have been damaged or destroyed). You are responsible for the cost of returning the products. In case you open the product packaging, you must take care of the condition of the returned products from the moment they are delivered to you until the moment you deliver them to the company. 

• The customer / user has the opportunity to return the purchased products within 7 calendar days from the moment of receipt. In case they are not returned within 7 calendar days then LAVDAS FURNITURE may not accept any return or replacement of product. In addition to the rights provided by the return policy, all rights applicable to consumers are recognised in each case under the existing provisions and laws relating to the contract of sale, as well as any rights arising in connection with the product warranty terms.Return of defective product.
• Upon receipt of the products, the customer should check the packaging externally, confirming the absence of external and aesthetic defects. In the event of a defect, the consumer has the right to refuse the receipt of the items and return it to the distributor, to receive by signing with a reservation of the content or to contact the support department of the company within 7 calendar days. In case of expiration of this deadline, he loses all relevant rights.
• In case the consumer finds a defective part of the product during the unpacking of the items in his place, he must contact the support department of the company not to proceed with its assembly if it has internal bumps or defects so that it is possible to determine its routing process. defective spare part and do not throw away the original packaging of the product.
