HOW TO DELIVER ORDER

Shipping to the customer / user in areas covered by the company's distribution network.

The products and services to be delivered after the sale are sent to the address and the recipient that the customer / user has stated during the submission of his order, which has been accepted by the company. The Company's Distribution Network provides 95% population coverage of the Cyprus Democracy and is defined by regions: Limassol, Nicosia, Paphos, Larnaca.

 Delivery is set inside your home, As for we offer Free Delivery and Installation in all cities of Cyprus. In cases where the cooperating transport agency is unable to deliver 

● If the delivery address given by the customer / user is difficult to access by means of transport of the company / transport agency (eg truck) or entry is not allowed in the means of transport of the company / transport agency, then please let us know when placing the order so that appropriate measures can be taken.

In case the information is not provided then the company / transport agency has the right to deliver the products to you at the point closest to the means of transport or to request an additional charge from the customer / user for the delivery of the goods to the sidewalk at the entrance.

Deliveries to areas outside the Company's Distribution Network - liabilities

In case the customer specifies in the order that he will transfer a place of delivery outside the distribution network of the company (all the areas not mentioned above), then there may be additional charges regarding the transfer which will be notified to the customer after his order.

In addition, there may be additional delays regarding the delivery time of the goods.
